Who owns the name 'Team Lotus' now?

I got a bit confused over the whole court case. Who owns the name now?

I dont know but must admit I was thinking about Lotus this week wondering who owns what now and where the F1 operations past and present fit in ?
I bet it would make a good book.

Tony Fernandez Co. won the case but then was pressured into giving the name to Proton by the Malaysian government - however, Proton had to pay somewhere in the region of $75 million to cover legals fees etc etc. So Proton own it ( i think ) !

Proton own it, they came to a settlement with Tony after he won in court paid up and 'unified' the name.
