Me and the missus are going to the Spanish GP on the 13th May. I've a wee question for some that have attended before, where can I rent the little telly box that gives you live commentary during the race. I saw something online about a while back but I can't seem to find it. Also, as it's our wedding anniversary, can anybody recommend a good restaurant in Barcelona?

Cheers.

Having just got back from the Shanghai F1, there were about 6 outlets in the area to the rear of the main stands, that were renting the devices you are on about.

I didn't bother to ask the price or the T&C though.

Kangaroo TV?

As you walk around the circuit they tend to be scattered all over the place, best bet is getting the lie of the land during practice on the Friday so your all sorted for Quali and the race

Kangaroo tv, that's the one. We're not arriving until Friday evening, but the plan is to arrive early on Saturday morning. I was wondering if we could book one online before we go but it sounds like we'll be alright when we get there.

There's a very characterful meat restaurant in the gothic area called Los Caracoles. If the budget is to be blown, Torre alte Mar in the harbour. It's at the top of one of the cable car pylons, so has a stunning view.

It's easy to get to the Montmelo station near the circuit from central Barcelona. Much easier than driving.
