You're not allowed to slow down in the final sector now? But everyone has bee doing this since... ever?... when they try to get a bit of space... just like Hamilton did apparently... and I bet Rosberg did too when he realised Hamilton was going to get in his way [by going quicker ].

the not-slowing-down was a specific thing for valencia because of the nature of the final sector.

the amusing thing is that the stewards found that hamiltons final sector was quicker than the final sector of the lap before rosbergs previous quick lap...

This is old news, isn't it? Rosberg was having a bit of a laugh about it on telly last Sunday...

So anyway John, is this the actions of a new, old or er, even older Hamilton (or would that be even newer, I can't keep up), and can I just say what a refreshing change it is to see you post something without mentioning Canada 2011, although I feel sure it's coming soon.

Plus you forgot to mention how right you were about Jenson, you rarely leave that out. Or was the old Jenson, have we got a new one for this year?

No, it's quite simple really. Sunday was the old, new, new, old Hamilton. Whilst Jenson was simply older.
