Isn't it about time they started a 'totting-up' ban or something?
This season there seems to be an awful lot of penalties being handed out, many (but not all) are for things where the driver knows damn well they are taking the mickey. Perhaps if there were greater consequences for consistently breaking the rules, they'd be less inclined to offend?
