Spa thursday pit walk

Does anyone know what time the pit walk is open for the thursday? also whats the arrangement for car parking for the pit walk,?

Pretty sure it's 4pm though it was delayed till about 4.45 in the past. Well worth going, the crap teams you can get lots of photos no problem, bit of squeeze further up the grid
