I'm planning on attending the WRC for the first time on the Saturday but i was wondering if anyone had any advice on which stage would be worth seeing.
I only plan on going to one stage in the whole day, and would like to see some of the group N class cars as well.
If anyone had any advice on the stage and anything else for someone who has never been, that would be great

forgot it was coming up so soon. done crychan, halfway and epynt. can never remember which is which but I think epynt and halfway have a lot of open fast tarmac sections and crychan was in the forest on mud/gravel and was pretty exciting. someone will be a long to correct me I'm sure.
Obviously take waterproofs, comfy shoes etc, weather can be pretty miserable but shouldn't be too bad in September this year... Follow marshall's instructions etc and don't stand on the outside of corners! (sorry if I'm teaching you to suck eggs here)
Stage wise I think you'll enjoy them all, my advice if you're staying for a while is arrive early and walk up the stage a bit, see if you can find a secluded spot/different viewing area before the first car. Obviously keep it safe but I find thats the best way, then you can meander back to the car as the tail end of the field is coming through, rather than just being rooted to one spot for ages.
I think you'd easily do two stages though, we usually fit two in and don't miss much, only the very tail end of the field.
Ticket wise you can get a day pass for all the stages on that day off the website, but if you are just doing one stage I think paying on the gate is probably easier.

Just seen that 30 cars entered for the international section which is a new low for the WRC! Having no PWRC or Fiesta Academy round has hit it hard and British drivers don't have the budget to pay the huge fees, especially half way through their own seasons.

king happy with their September date...To be honest, what do the WelshAssembly get out of it? It gets very little mainstream coverage, the crowds aren't particularly massive either. The September date is a huge mistake - look at all the events taking place that weekend;
League football, St Leger horse race, Rugby Premiership, County cricket, Goodwood Revival, etc
It is sad the way the event has declined - a major rethink is needed. 30 entries is poor, however the are another 30 odd in the National event.
