I am looking for some help and advice please. I purchased 2 x Club Silverstone tickets for the 2013 Grand Prix hoping it would be in July, however it has
now changed to June and we can't make it. I phoned to refund them but was told I wasn't allowed? Can anybody tell me if this is right?
