Just seen the provisional calender for next year, no Brands Hatch???

I know its selfish of me but please change this, Brands is my local circuit and seeing such a varied field go round either the GP loop or the indy circuit is a highlight of my season. The support for the F2 meet was one of the best of the year.

I agree.surely Brands must be amongst the favourites for the drivers, and also with Britcar being based in Surrey.

I'm not sure it is the drivers favourite as the the indy circuit is simply too short for the big GT's and Brands is limited to how many times it can use the loop so Britcar would need to get on the bill with another series as they did this year.

It would be a shame if they didn't have a round at Brands; I hadn't been before this years Britcar and it's a cracking circuit.

Let's hope they can get a good support billing next year.

I hate Brand Indy, but love the GP circuit. No great loss IMO

To be fair I quite enjoyed it this year - perhaps because we won :-)

The only thing I would say though is that I really wouldn't want to do more than 2 hours there - the laps are just too short for the bigger cars and things like strategy and safety cars don't come into play in the same way they do on a 1 min 30 s or longer circuit. That kinda takes some of the fun out of it I reckon

Yes a very boring circuit, every time I race there it feels like I've been in the car forever!

first laps of a race in the wet normally sorts the men from the boys though! Lol

Watching the Donny programme now. Interesting interview with JT where he says they are going back to Brands GP. The TBA in July maybe.
