The Book I'm after??!!

I'd like a book for Christmas and I need to tell my sister which one it is. The trouble is, I can't remember what it's called or who it's by.
This is where PH could hopefully help!
It's by a racing driver, perhaps his surname is Klunz (?) or something similar, perhaps Austrian.
From memory, there's a picture of the helmeted author on the front.
I'm counting on you lot to deduct from my poor description above and come up with the answer!
There's no prize except you get to feel smug if you get the correct answer.
