Which 2013 F1 Race would you go to?

I have a golden ticket of a pair of return flights to any F1 race in 2013.

However there are a few rules:-

Firstly, it can't be a race held before June (I have a contract that completes at the end of May). So the first race I could actually go to would be Canada.
Secondly, it can't be India.
Thirdly, I'm 40 in September,so Singapore looks VERY tempting.
Finally, I have family in Houston, so a visit to Austin might turn into a much longer visit than a race weekend.

Which race is best for a spectator at the track? Best weekend overall?

Canada is brilliant fun - and Montreal is great.

I think of the other fly-aways I'd be looking at Suzuka, Interlagos or Austin personally.

I'd recommend Austin. It's a fantastic track to spectate from. We had seats at turn 4 but I'd look at turn 9 grandstand if I went again, you can see loads of the track from there. The fans, Americans and Mexicans mainly where great and they know their F1.

We parked right next to the circuit so took food and drink with us and just popped out when we fancied something, prices are a bit steep in the circuit.

Plus that hill is something to see. Great track.

Singapore. We did it last year and had an epic weekend. Visually hugely impressive at night. The whole atmostphere around the track is fab, plus there are the concerts after each day.

Two years ago I did Abu Dhabi (Yas Marina) for the four driver title shoot-out between Alonso, Vettel, Hamilton and Webber.

I have been several GP's around the world now and for me nothing touches the experience of Abu Dhabi, not even Monaco. The After race concert was also something else, not to mention Ferrari World next door. This year the race was absolutely spectacular too.

We all stayed in Dubai and did the 45 minute drive to the circuit each day.

We sat at turn 9 for the weekend and can confirm it is an excellent choice. Watched from a few other places around the pits / turn 1 on practice / qualifying days and none were as good as T9.

Also went to Monaco this year but that does not fit the June requirement, although it is the last weekend of May

Ok, decision made, flights booked to Singapore. Hotel booked.

What do I do about tickets?? There is just so much choice as to different types and places to stand.

The 3 day walkabout / bleachers tickets look promising. But will we actually get to sit anywhere?
