The Red Bull Racing Story: 2005-2012

I sat down expecting a full on marketing assault but was actually pleasantly surprised.
Not the most 'stimulating' video but certainly worth 30 minutes attention during the off season.

I keep reminding myself the team started from the remains of Jaguar. The regs and the environment have allowed Adrian newey and his team to reach success he never managed at mclaren. They deserve a pat on the back. But nothing lasts forever.

And Stewart GP dna in the team for good measure. Remember watching the feature on ITV of JYS talking excitedly about the task of setting up a new team in Milton Keynes. How things unfolded...

Good feature no BS or PR worth a watch.

You have to hand it to Red Bull, amazing achievement, when you look at all the big car companies which have come and gone over the years in F1, and a drinks company wins the day, it makes you wonder?

Good spot - great to watch. Shame FOM don't allow much film use...

Great story, well captured.

I'd always regarded Red Bull as a brand, rather than a 'people' team like Williams, Brawn or Jordan. But this film shows what they have achieved. Think about how hard it has been for McLaren and Ferrari to sustain success, or how Renault and Brawn failed to build on their title winning success despite new owners and new investors.

Yes, they have the budget, but I don't underestimate the contribution to the success created by Red Bull's loyalty and consistency. They've built a team around the same drivers and personnel after their learning years with DC, and I think this stability is a large part of their consistent success.

Excellent story.

Great to hear the drivers, manager and designer talking about the ups & downs in a relaxed setting as opposed to press interviews.
