So who's signed up for 2013!?
This will be my first season in Club 100 and i've gone for the heavyweight sprint series. I used to race Junior TKM and Senior Rotax but haven't raced competitively for 5 years now so can't wait to get back to it.
Not got any testing booked up so it's going to be in at the deep end come qualifying time!
Got a second hand tillett to make a seat insert and assume people just buy the self adhesive foam sheets and get it fitted when they get to the track?

I can recommend the excellent video coverage of the sprint racing, particularly rounds 8 & 9 which would hold its own with any karting shown on Motors

Not testing is tough as me and my bro found out. We thought having raced Super 1 in the late 90's before moving into single seaters we could rock up for some fun and run at the front....
We got a rude awakening in qually at Buckmore Park as we found ourselves in the B final! 10 mins qually after over 10 years out of a kart was not much to get up to speed for sure!
Did a few more sprint events turning up on the day and ran top 10 in the A final, its fair to say there are some really quick lads doing it who have some good experience of the C100 karts. Had we done more, would have been good to get more seat time (and buy a seat insert!). Felt as competitive to me as Super 1 was back in the day in TKM. Very well run, karts seem pretty equal and driving standards well policed. If time allows, might do the odd one again this year.
Re the seat inserts, from what I saw people did not stick the seats in. Don't foget you will be in a different kart each time out. Look on the C100 site forum, lots of forums topics about seat inserts.
