He's also a member on here, but I think think he posts much. It is road legal as well.

He normally brings a car to the Stroke Association charity day late in the year, so you can have a passenger ride in it for a few quid wink He took the Z3 last year, so may take it again this year.

Car sounded amazing, was watching that race from the pit wall and the noise was incredible.

I noticed in the vid you use 4th for a few of the corners, is that because there wasn't much grip and 3rd would have been useless?

I presume you asking about the Tuscan not the BMW regards gear selection.I was trying out what gear would work best in the chicaines as i have a new cam in and not really sure as it was first time in car since last August where i was with torque. The car has plenty of pull and as it was a new engine i thought best to save some rev's for when i might need them.To be honest it didn't seam to make a lot of difference but i shall use 3rd in the chicaines in the next outing as i may have suffered a few tenths on the exit's.I also was getting to grips with a resorted and new to me sequential gearbox that i have only had in the car an hour so all very new to me.Glad the car sounds good a few people have commented on how it sounds no louder than normal 103db on monday

Ah, I see. I wasn't sure if it was because the tyres weren't warming up because the weather was so cold, so you were taking them in 4th.

I only mentioned it because from all the videos I've seen and cars I've been in round Combe, they all seem to take Quarry, Tower and the chicanes all in 3rd and Camp in 4th.

I know all cars are different, so what's best for them might not be the same for you.

Has the sequential box made much of a different to the lap times?
