Can anyone give me some advice on the best stands at the German GP? I'm considering taking my dad for his birthday but have little clue about where to book. Also, any advice on the best place to get tickets would be welcome (official site? Elsewhere?).

Try ledger Holidays last year I went with my son on their Spa Grand Prix trip by coach which included three nights in a hotel with entry tickets for £399 each and had a great time

They do a similar trip to the German Grand Prix for the same money and the standard of hotels are very good. The tickets that are included in the price are general admission but you can upgrade to grandstand tickets. The only downside is that you stay in a hotel an hour or so away from the circuit so quite a bit of travelling to and from qualifying and race day.

I believe you leave the UK on Friday and return on Monday so quite relaxing and a good way to do a foreign Grand Prix and I would think that you and your father would have a great time.
