Wheels and Tyres for silverstone!

Hi, i'm trying to find a set of Dymags so if anyone is selling please PM me, also does anyone know if there will be tyre changing facilities for Silverstone?

I have some great news on this!!! HP tyres will be at the track on Friday and Saturday. They can bring your tyres with them and fit them!!

Do keep in mind that they are situated in the other paddock from us in support of Britcar who are racing on the International circuit. We would have to take our wheels around the perimeter road I believe to get access to them, have them changed and then take them back again. I would suggest you get the tyres you need in advance & use them as an emergency supply if you need to. Also, make sure that they have the size etc you need on board

Chances are they won't do them while you wait either
They'll be looking after brut car as Steve says, so you'll probably have to leave them and pick them up at the end of the day as they'll have a queue

Spoke to them yesterday and they seemed more than happy to help!

They will be you use dunlops

But britcar will have full budgets and they'll all be on fresh rubber so they'll be busy

Thanks for the heads up folks but have the tyres already and just want to swap over onto my Dymags at the end of the Friday test so they can get scrubbed in for Q & racing, i'll have the 4x4 there so not a problem to run them round
I have yet to drive the car on new rubber so interested to see how different it feels!!

I think we are nearing that point again now.

Maybe out for next year, no way I can sort a competitive car for this year. Anyway, I have something in mind

There are usually a couple of tyre fitting trucks knocking about in the paddock who would sort you out.
