I feel quite queasy. Is that normal before a maiden race? Just picked the car up from APM and I can't even work the jockey wheel on the trailer properly, let alone learn a new car! Got it home and climbed in. First time I've ever even sat in her. Excited? Oh yeah. Sat in a challenge race car, tied down in a covered trailer for 2 hours, just getting acquainted with how she smells. I'm dizzy to say the least wobble

Only a 2 here.. still loads to do to get the car ready, gearbox in, oil change, brake fluid change, pad check, slicks mounted, rear spoiler not painted or fitted ( doesnt fit well !!) waiting for rear undertray etc etc.. managed no testing as the box died so on the back foot a bit ho hum...

not going to get a chance to look at it till tues night either, and probably not going to get a chance to test friday...

still will hopefully be all smiles on sunday ;-)

Hello,

will try and come down, I might come down Saturday as I would want to see my old sparring rivals in Britcar and not sure I can make it back for the race on Sunday unless you want me to drive for you and of course I will then be there.

I must get a challenge car one day just to come and do some rounds, Warrens tuscan challenge car was the first car I ever drove on Circuit and I still have very fond memories.

Good luck to you all, i love silverstone such a great track to race on.

Paul.....

I hope testing is going well - did not know you were on the National, what a shame but not bad for a sprint race frown
