hi all
i've got grandstand tickets for this years british grand prix.
i'm taking my son who is 8 and we plan to go Saturday and Sunday. We're booked into a hotel at the bottom of the A43 just off M40.
few questions for you all:
1. What time do you need to get to the circuit to avoid the queues?
2. Once the qualifying is over on the Saturday, how easy is it to leave the circuit?
3. If I took the park and ride how often do the buses come in/out of the venue?
4. what park and ride places do you recommend?
thanks
Alex

I've not used the park and ride for a few years but it was pretty good when I did. If you are at the M40 end then I guess Hinton in the hedges is the P&R location. The only problems were the queues in the morning getting onto the park and ride so just get there early, aim to arrive for about 8am.
The bus will then whisk you in and at the end of the day it's straight on the bus at the main entrance and away you go.
