IIRC Adrian Newey has no such accolade, yet it is always his designs that win races (with the right driver, obviously).

Christian's just a puppet, he's not even in charge of his team, he's just there to speak to the TV cameras. Even Sebastian doesn't bother to take any notice of him.

If it wasn't for Adrian, Red Bull would be about as successful as Toro Rosso.

I'm no Horner fanboy, but I don't believe that for a second.

Given Red Bulls image, status & budget, if there was a better person for the job, Horner would be a memory.
