HANS stand 21 club series advice

Being in my second year racing I have decided to invest in a HANS device, I am limited on funds and have seen the Stand 21 club series device as the best value for money one. I need a 20 deg tilt and have been looking around. The prices all seem to be the same at £299 +VAT, anyone know of any discounts available?
I have looked at JJC who I have dealt with before and Merlin.
