Who will win F1 in 2008
Discussion
So - who's your money on and who will disappoint.
I think Ferrari will take an early lead with Maclaren on their heels followed by bmw and renault..
With Kimi and Lewis fighting it out for the championship once again..
It will also be Bernie and Max's last year in F1 (here's hoping
) and Alonso will spit his dummy out at least once but not until mid season.

I think Ferrari are looking like the strongest team at the moment. In normal conditions their car was the one to beat by the end of the season and they don't have to worry about their developments being interpreted as legal by the Ferrari Industrial Accountants.
So cynical ... and yet so right! Can't really see beyond the red cars and Kimi racking up another WDC...
What's most frustrating is that Ferrari really can fight successfully out on the track and, in my eyes at least, it wholly undermines that effort by being seen to be in bed with the FIA.

Maclaren will have a bad year and Ferrari will fight it out with Renault.
Mclaren will always be fast - there is an awful amount of depth and resource in Woking.it would be good to see a new team mixing it with the big boys. Let's hope Red Bull have a better year............. Yes, I know, not very likely, but I think it would be good to have a different result for once in a while.
Ferrari, and McLaren will defo be contending, but I hear rumours Honda now with Ross Brawn, a re calibrated wind tunnel and a target of 2009 for the title. They need to up their game this year.
So sticking neck out, I think
McLaren,
Ferrari,
Honda
Red Bull
Anyway, looking forward to what could be a cracking season.

Massa or Kimi to win it.
Alonso third.
Hamilton fourth.
Is the way that I'm thinking this morning.
Reasons?;
A whole new conspiracy theory.
The whole Ferrarigate thing was a giant plot. The idea was not to win the 07 championship (though that was a bonus.), the main reason was to make anyone too sh1t scared to criticise Ferrari or accuse them of cheating when their car somehow finds a way round the traction control ban this year. And with everyone now scared to criticise Renault & Flav (Bernies business buddie remember.) as well, what's the betting Alonso's car will find a little bit more grip too.
goes back to nice padded cell with the wrong way round jacket to await the wrath of all the dancing donkey fans. Please note that I'm not a Mclaren fan, I'm just an F1 who has a strong feeling that the sport he used to love is turning into WWE

Alonso, as much as i dont like the guy i just think he will be the one to beat over a whole season.
Hamilton will do ok but i dont think he will be champion, Kimi might do ok and so might Massa but as for the rest, well they can bicker and fight amongst themselves for the crappy places. Jenson who?
