that is an awesome set of videos. great to hear martin brundle talking about F1 and driving etc. He is such a good communicator of what it's like to drive an F1 car, how it feels and of all the issues around F1. Best sports broadcaster there is I think.

Quality videos. Now whenever I'm trying to explain to people that driving an F1 car is a lot harder than playing football, I'll just refer them to that video!

rarely does tv ever give an indication of what an F1 car is really like for mortals, its usually only a PR stunt. Was mega impressed with the feedback from chris harris, and martin brundle is F1 coverage for me. as much as i would love to have a go in that car, i really dont think i could cope with the level of speed of thought processes needed to even keep heat in the tyres let alone pus the car. Fantastic series of videos, made me feel totally inadequate as a driver lol

What a treat though - wondered what time brundle did
Chris was doing 55's - which is what a Formula Jedi would do - but the track was at zero degree's so can't really compare it

£375k sounds pretty cheap !! Wonder how much it costs to run the thing

probably about the same

chris harris though really is a lucky ing ! f1 cars, wrc cars, a free drive on the rac rally and he gets paid to do it. barsteward...!

That's true, but it would be so much fun being completely humbled! It's the same as my desire to have a race againt Kimi Raikkonen in a couple of Exiges or something, just to see how badly I'd get creamed. Which is very badly, obviously, but it would be so interesting to see how many miles faster he was.

Thanks for posting, what great vids. I'm a big fan of Harris the writer and his video work is coming along well too. He did a great job to commentate at all when driving. And didn't those spins happen quickly! Brundle is a legend, both on and off the track.

Thats a great selection of vidoes. Well done Chris. I was as surprised as he was when the car spun on the first lap- but then , on an icy track, I suspect most cars would have spun at some point.

An entertaining watch but I'm going to go against the grain on here and say that Chris Harris annoys the tits off me. I'm sure he's a nice enough bloke but his presenting style on many of his vids is just that little bit too much "I'm great me".
