Bloody engine.
Discussion
Well I was all please as the Engine passed the pressure test.
But when they went to do the hone the liners have gone oval, so it's either a replacment block or get tophat liners fitted.
be better if I had a 4.6 block if im going to all the expense of fittting top hats.
so if anyone has one laying around let me know.
I'll still use the 4.0 piston and crank and make it a 4.0 but the 4.6 blocks are a little stronger.

I have brand new crossbolted blocks if needed, also 5litre short engine as grahams, this is also brand new block......07850 304332...
I think brand new would be more expensive than getting top hats fitted, also if its a new landrover bolk then there is no grantee that it will not fail, it's more likly to fail than a seasoned top hatted block.I could be wrong.
