Sent my leaking shock off to them on Tuesday, 1st class post, have received it back today resealed and refilled. Uber impressed with sped of turn around, i.e. repaired and sent out within a few hours of receiving.

They are indeed!! I've had no issues with them so far (bar the leaking).

Iv got to send mine back from the 205, found they work great on track! but all the fluid has leaked out. how did you go about sending them back?

Just packaged it up, wrote a note saying what was wrong with my address and posted it to them. that was it really. if they're under 3yrs it should be covered by warranty!!
