Without the predictable responses about cheese graters and the like...

..whats the best way to clean the inside of my helmet?

Take it into the bath, bit of shower gel on the inside and a good scrub, then let it dry naturally (not over a radiator). Job jobbed (takes a couple of days to dry out fully though)

An Arai technician recommended baby shampoo to me, instead of using shower gel. It's got less nasty chemicals in, but apart from that, what ^^ he said
