who sells steering wheel extensions for 3 hole bolt pattern?

I'm looking for a 50mm ish extension for my quick release wheel using the smaller pcd 3 bolt pattern.

Loads of people make one for the 6 bolt pattern on the larger pcd used by sparco etc.

I can get an adaptor to the 6 bolt and then back to 3 again but that would be a bit messy.

Anyone know where I can get one?

Or just get a machine shop to make you one up to your measurements... i've done the last two like this and it worked out well (i needed much bigger lengths than commercially available)

I made one for my kart using some longer bolts and packing. Don't know if you could do the same for your car though. I used 3/4 marine ply.
