MSA Logbook?

I need a log book for my car.
Ive read the blue book & Im not sure of the procedure. Do I just send photos & proof of chassis no etc. Or do I have to show it some where,
if so I understand a graded scrutineer can sign it off. Where do I find one?

Appendix 8e, p 415 onwards. Ring an appropriate local one up and arrange it, I have found those I have dealt with to be pretty helpful.
