No expert but it seems to me that with the smoother driving style required and the change in impact of strategy in the early part of the race due to the removal of the stupid fuel burn phase, Honda will gain a lot. They have Jens, who is super smooth and they have RB, who seems to me to be one of the, if not THE best strategist on the grid.

Not asking who will be the most improved team, or the best team etc, simply who, in the opinion of the wise heads of PH, will gain most.

One could also argue MacMerc cos of the control until thing...

I think Honda have gained the most and Ferrari have lost the most, they always seemed the most reliant on electronics.

All the GP2 lot should be alright, but it seems only some are..

So far, I agree. Seems red bull will do Ok as well though cos I assume Newy has some advantage being ex-mac and and DC has easily enough experience to handle it I would think. BMW seem to have done amazingly well as well but that could be as they have just produced a good car and not directly related to the new rules as such.
