Motorsort teams/ compaines

I was wondering if anybody knew of any motorsport companies or teams in the area, I am based in Swindon, so anywhere within about 50minutes away by train or car.

Swindon Race Engines are not far from the Greenbridge roundabout, passed WHSmiths.

There is Dialynx out in Lydiard Millicent way.

Do you have access to your own car to commute a bit? How far would you travel?

I am currently learning to drive and i am not sure how long it will take me, needs to be near a train station or a bus from swindion.

Maybe as far as chelthenham, gloucster.

You'll struggle as you have limited options on transportation. Would you be able to get yourself a small CC motorbike before getting your car licence?

Problem with motorsport teams is the bulk of them are based in and around Silverstone. After that, they get very spread out and travel/licence is a major plus for an employer.

i think you would be much better served by going to your local garage and getting a job as an apprentice mechanic. At least then after a couple of years, you'd actually be of use to a race team.
