I saw that Derek Bell one, which made me think it unlikely there would be any in car footage of BellOFs. (oustanding video though!)
In car would obviously be the most desirable, but being that its almost certainly non-existent, I'd love to see even outside footage of either the qualifying lap or the race lap.

Yes, one of the better driving videos I've seen and one that makes me lament the fact that there seems no available footage of Bellofs lap, for it must have been mind-blowing.
On the Derek Bell video again; is he actually talking while driving? He sounds too calm and his voice un-laboured, especially when pulling high G's.. it must be dubbed over. Though I think talking while driving is the impression you're meant to be given by the editing.
Another thing that impresses me is just how dead flat the car stays throughout, even when going over crests at incredible speed, it just stays stuck.
I know there are a millions reasons why an f1 style competition with no technological restrictions would not work, yet I can't help but wonder at what the premiere automobile engineers of today could come up with were it to become a reality... The thought of what kind of performance those cars would have (if you could still call them cars!) is very exciting.

I don't know: it always seemed very clear to me that it was dubbed. I didn't get the impression the video producers were trying to make it seem like he was narrating whilst driving.SamHH said:

I never thought straight line speed was interesting till I saw Bell at well over 200mph down the Mulsanne straight!

Amazing to think Bellof found 30s extra.......!!!!
