Would be a shame if the 'Hamilton' of MotoGP was now sidelined after what has been a pretty impressive start to the campaign.

anyway, this is crap news, george was flying and really showing up the old guard, rossi was visibly rattled, as was dani. dovi has gone off the boil so JT is the only rookie who can now stick it to the stoners out there. still hopper rode on with half his body hanging off so george should be ok...
and i know its pronounced "hor-hey" but it reads george so thats what we say!

Holy Smoke! I think Rossi's reaction in the Utube clip says it all.Blimey, that's gonna sting in the morning. Still, hats off to the guy for trying. Up to now, he's really made the rest of them look a bit ordinary. Even if he may be a bit full of himself, it's good to see someone coming in and shaking up the order a bit.
Have to say though, if I'm coming down from 8 feet in the air at something-too-fast MPH, I really don't fancy landing on my knees and chin. Ouchalot.

I thought there was a general concensus that the launch control and traction control have really changed in the last 2 years, combined with the change from 1000cc it has the effect of making the bikes easier to control. More like 250's in fact.
I prefered the old 500cc 2 strokes myself, sorted the men from the boys!
Qualifying on Eurosport in 15 minutes...

Lorenzo did a stunning job today carrying those injuries, his near 2nd highside must have hurt like hell, how he stayed on is a mystery. (he has two broken ankles if you didnt know).
The 1000cc bikes would have been easier to ride than the current ones, whenever you drop the cc you lose usable torque and flexibility, that makes life more dificult on the edge, not easier. I'd much rather drive a 9 litre than a 3 litre in the wet because of this, contrary to what a lot of people think. You cant compare the 2 strokes to the 4 strokes really, two diferent animals with diferent plus and minus points.

That bike was at 180 degrees to the ground at one point, how he pulled it back I will never kow.
