Maybe it is no longer the "authorised" biography.

Amazon are implying that it will be available again, but no indication of when.

It's so Bernie can wait until Max gets the boot from the FIA and he can rewrite all his bits to tell the truth. Well when I say truth I mean Bernie's truth, well when I say Bernie's truth I mean Bernie's lies, when I say Bernie's lies I mean Bernie's backstabbing hateful filled rants and the story about the real man behind the spanking sting on his "good friend" Max that he couldn't put in before in case Max took his toys away.
