1). Hamilton did not, at any time before, during or after the race assault a Photographer.
2) Hamilton made NO discernable effort to kill a Rabbit or Hare.
3) At no time was his car pointing in the wrong direction or in danger of hitting the wall at the pit entrance.
Guilty as charged.

Well, you have to admit he did get in Kimi's way at the start (along with Kovalinen). Thankfully Webber got the message and got out of everyone's way to clear the path for the gloriouds red cars.
