Cost of Slicks

Could anyone please tell me what Dunlop Slicks retail for (BMW 325 racer)? are there material performance difference, ie the more you pay the better the tyre?

Dunlop website will give you prices, and they are a good product.

"Stock" sizes make buying easier.

BTW, BTCC teams will throw away their 17" slicks after a session. Many of these will have some life left in them for privateers, and can be picked up for a fraction of their new cost if you ask the right people

True and very cheap. I got a WTCC set for £100 off ebay and they have plenty of life left in them for track days. If you're racing you might be fussier.

I have got loads of slicks in 265 x 645 x 18 if anyone wants some. Mostly they are brand new, albeit a couple of years old, and are very cheap. They are ideal for track days.
