Lexan windscreen

I'm having trouble sourcing a piece of Lexan to make a new windscreen. Can somebody point me in the direction of somebody would will sell me a small piece rather than a 3m x 2m sheet?

Try these guys, they did the screens for my old taz racer (you'll need the silicone coated stuff for a windscreen)

The trade name for the stuff you need is Lexan Marguard.

I have a plastics place in Reading that does smaller sheets, but no idea if they would courier them. I paid £75 inc vat for a screen sized piece

Is that the ordinary Marguard or the silicone coated non scratch stuff?

Marguard is the scratch resistant coating, Lexan the polycarbonate. So Lexan Marguard is marguard coated polycarbonate. (I feel like I am making this more confusing rather than less!!)

Bugger! Picked up a ready made one in Hardcoat, silicone coated Poly last Monday. Its in and fitted now.

Very well, Dad cancelled all work at the garage so we have had 3 mechanic's on the car today and we got loads done. Monday setting up suspension and corners then got to cut and fit the screen, polish then ready for the off.

It is for safety but its very light too.
