Can you 'predict' when we'll see a more up-to-date entry list on the website?
The one that's there at the moment is from June and is obviously a bit vague. Would be great to see a more recent list to see who's in etc.

IIRC the second TVR team have done a fantastic job in building their car from scratch, but are still testing and not ready for an assault on the 24hr yet. The team are fairly devastated to miss this year, but im sure they will be back...I'd be tempted to enter my tuscan, but currently I cant get gearboxes to last more than about ten mins!!!!!
I did hear of some cheap aston seats ( well comparitivley) so maybe they were struggling to fill the seats Credit crunch all round ??

I was thought that Barwell were entering their Aston too. There's no Ferraris on the list either. And only 2 Porsches as well. Maybe there'll be some additions before the race. It would be nice to have some extra variety in the top classes but as has been mentioned, money is probably tight as far as the big stuff goes which may affect some teams this year. Still, 50 or 60-odd cars should still be a cracking spectacle and will increase the chances for the lower class M3s and Hondas to grab a top 10 finish.
Should be thanks. Most of the bits have already turned up. We could have done without the added hassle of piecing the car back together, as there is still plenty of 24hr fettling to do e.g. lights etc. I'm sure we will still be tinkering come the Thursday morning.
The factory car is taking part in the Zolder 24 next week and so we will learn some more about the car's capability then. With their driver line up, fuel economy, lack of tyre wear etc, theres no reason why they shouldn't be aiming for a top three finish.

Im hoping that the entry list does slightly change as the class 2battle looks good but no Porsches plus the Topcats Marcos has gone. And what also suprised me no Ferrari F430's and Astons in the top class which have proved themselves in long endurance races where as cars like the corvette and viper, prosport etc havnt had the best reliabilty this year, and im just hoping that they don't drop out or have early races problems so that us spectators have lots of fast cars and action to watch during the night, but a great entry list anyway and a great race in prospect!
