F1 commentary in Spain?

My Sky TV provider in Spain has gone out of business so I will be forced to watch tomorrows race with either a Spanish or a German commentary. Whilst this will be infinately preferable to James Allen I would like to pick up an English one from someplace.

BBC and ITV dont allow their web broadcasts in Spain dur to liscencing restrictions. Anyone able to sugest where I can obtain an english feed. I have broadband and access to short wave radio.

you would probably need a proxy to hear r5 over tthe net whilst the f1 is on...

like I said BBc/ITV wont broadcast abroad

I sorted the problem with this:
