Mechanic

Hi

I am a junior mechanic, looking for experience.

I am 17 and live in Swindon, Wiltshire, I m looking to help at the Britcar race, I did it last year as a refilling for two cars, so I know what I am doing in that scene of things or I can just help in the pits, if you need me to do refilling I have a balaclava and fireproof gloves from last year. I am available for the whole weekend; I would be able to camp.

The only problem I have is no transport, as i am learning to drive but not yet learnt, either I need a team based near Swindon or a member of team near where I am.

My situation has changed know, I have transport, I have a another student from my college who can go, we can go thursday night or friday morning, dont mind doing refulling, but my freind does not have fire proof equipment, or we can help in the pits, we really dont mind, we are able to camp just behind the pits.

We dont mind what we do and dont expect to be payed, we are doing this for experience, you can trust us to work hard and not mess around, and we are very commited, ask Racing Rod .

Also there could be a third person from college, but he might be able to do it, but deffiantly 2 of us can do it.

If anyone needs some help I can confirm that he is indeed a very hard working and committed lad, he's worked for our team on a number of occasions and was always willing to get involved. His passion for the sport is undeniable and he is willing to go to considerable lengths to obtain experience. I would have to say that for a young man of his age to show this level of tenacity, he is something of a rarity.

If someone has a slot for him, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Thanks for that Rod. Also the other guy who wants to help aswell, he is very hard working, I have known him for 2 years, he both share the same passion and he undersands that we will be wokring not messing around.
