has anyone used this company in the last 2 weeks to order there tickets as they supposedly got delayed and where going to be sent directly to SPA ,where they would send an eticket voucher to my inbox to which i havent recieved am leaving for spa in 2 hours,,,,, did anyone recieve such a voucher if so where did it say to collect from

Haven't used this company, but did get e-vouchers for Monza last year and they are a legit option. The email will tell you where to collect them and it's a good idea to look it up on the map and print it before you set off.

Our collection point was a car dealership a couple of miles from the circuit which seemed a bit dodgy at the time but worked out OK.
