I'm going to setup a new race series.

Title - World Single Seater Championship.

Car Specification
- V10 3 litre engine, no restriction on materials or turbochargers/superchargers.
- Fat slick tyres (haven't thought of a size yet).
- No aero winglets/barge boards/wheel covers except a front and rear wing (of a size to be determined).
- Solid Steel brake disks of any size.
- No traction control
- Skirts under consideration.

Circuits to be used
- Silverstone
- Monaco
- Spa
- Brands Hatch
- A1 Ring (Red Bull to rebuild it)
- Le Mans
- Bathurst
- Laguna Seca
- Monza
- Imola
- Nurburgring VLM
- Suzuka

Rules
- 150 mile races (2 per weekend)
- No refueling during the race
- Tyre changes permitted. Maximum of 6 tyres to be used over a weekend
- Stewards to be picked at random from a pool of qualified national stewards from every country.

Anything I've missed? Right, we'll start in 2010 then.
