Suspend your disbelief - is 25 seconds reasonable?

I'd be interested to know how much time Hiekki lost when he took his drive through penalty at Spa.

If we can suspend our disbelief for a few moments and assume that Lewis deserved the penalty, is 25 seconds a reasonable time to take a drive-through? It sounds more like a stop-go penalty to me. I'd have thought 15 or 16 seconds would be more likely for a drive-through which I think would only drop Lewis to second.
