Tyre Fitting at Oulton

Gents,
May wish to fit new slicks before the Oulton race day. (testing on the Friday may well see my old ones shot...).

Questions.

Facilities at the track for tyre changing?
Facilities close by that anyone can recommend for tyre changing?

John. Ring Reidy. With it being last race of season He may be able to get the Dunlop lot there.

have you got your own tyres if so i am coming to watch the racing & have no problem coming in my van to fit tyres for you www.firsttyreplusmobile.co.uk if the people at Oulton Park allowed it

That would be perfect Ivor! I will be bringing my own tyres..I dont see Oulton having a problem. I would however need the facility on Friday afernoon/lunchtime.

In answer to the other question about my tasmin its still a road car i was going to prepare it over winter the cost could be a bit restictive though may be easier & cheaper finding a tasmin thats already been prepared ?

Hi the offer is still open for any tyre fitting on fri/sat at Oulton Park.
I have taken the advise from the site and decided to buy a car thats already prepared i am picking it up sunday if all is ok with it

Any chance you can be there at Lunch time Friday if its dry. (if its a wet test day, I won't need to fit new slicks) I'll give you call to confirm.

Well done Ivor. That car has always been described as a gud 'un. The engine should be pretty bullet proof as its a John Wade build. Looking forward to meeting you on Friday / Saturday.

Hope so i am sure theres a fair bit of work to do but i have the winter to do the work it was out at prescot last weekend & Adrian says it was good im picking it up in the morning is there anything i need to look at in particular ?
