In a shock development Max Moseley and Bernie Ecclestone are both to resign from their positions in Formula 1.
Instead, a new governing panel will be introduced comprising the following members :
1) Louis Walsh
2) Cheyrl Cole
3) Sharon Osbourne
4) Piers Morgan
5) Danni Minogue
Under new rules, at the end of each show....er sorry race.... the public will be invited to phone and vote for their choice of winner in a completely legitimate and fair system organised by GMTV.
