I wonder why, is it because they know McLaren will absolutely run rings around them?
And the "No overtaking" is bks, how else did Lewis win Monaco?

I agree with Ferrari on this one. I understand the history of Monaco and it is probably great if you go there, but the racing is always better on proper circuits. I'd ditch all of the street circuit in an instant if it were up to me.

Totally agree with him.
IMO the Monaco circuit usually produces the most boring procession of the year.
Now they've gone and introduced more of the same.

Why not more Spa like tracks?

street circuits can be good but i think monaco is all about the background of the wealthy socialising and having some entertainment rather than racing. however i agree that most street circuits provide more racing. but not all of them.

Streets circuits, like any host of other circuits, you'll find good ones and bad ones.

The good ones are Macau, Toronto, Adelaide, to name but few.

I would love to see a return to Adelaide, and yes, McLaren are not quite the masters of the street circuits, Monaco maybe but Valencia was a bit of a let down. There was plenty of room to overtake at Valencia, but I guess the drivers were taking it a bit too much easier than usual because they hadn't been round the track yet. Next year I predict some more drama. I just hope it rains at Singapore, that would certainly make it much more exciting. Monza showed how little visibility there was in the wet, so imagine that at night. Perhaps those Halfords spotlights on the McLaren front wing in that video would be a good idea after all...
