Worrying times for bernie. I really feel for him. I wonder why he dropped Canada. After all, they should be rewarded for their criticism of Mosley.
Mind you, with a list of just 12 races, costs will be lower.
Is there something political here? Renault without a home GP? Very odd.
The only problem here is that Bernie might well need the support of Max Rufus.

he sold a considerable share of the business to a german TV company and bought them back at a reduced rate - I'm sure he'll not have to buy tesco value to make ends meethe'll no doubt find another event in the east seeing as they're growing in number

I've been told there's some worry in the various national motor sports association with the way the Canadian one is being treated. Does anyone know what's going on there? It's not the dropping of the race but some involvement with Max Rufus.
If F1 moves away from its base in Europe then there's little hope for it.
