For having his sideburns too long.. possible 25 second penalty + 10 place grid slot for Brazil.
The competitor Vodafone McLaren Mercedes will appear before the Steward’s panel before the International Court of Appeal in a hearing in Paris on October 27th.
The International Court of Appeal will be presided over by Mr Philippe NARMINO (Monaco), elected President, and composed of Mr Xavier CONESA (Spain), Mr Harry DUIJM (Netherlands), Mr Thierry JULLIARD (Switzerland) and Mr Erich SEDELMAYER (Austria).
Article 16.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations provides as follows: Any competitor using additional facial hair to use an aerodynamic advantage, whilst the visor is slightly open, will be brought before the FIA tribunal.
The stewards may impose any one of three penalties on any driver involved in an Incident:
a) A drive-through penalty. The driver must enter the pit lane and re-join the race without stopping.
b) A ten second time penalty. The driver must enter the pit lane, stop at his pit for at least ten seconds and then re-join the race.
c) a drop of ten grid positions at the driver’s next Event.

JUST NOTICED I POSTED THIS IN TH WRONG THREAD!!!
Good race for my nerves today, i think the 'Massa pass' was fine, but just makes Massa look less like he deserves to be CHAMP!
I can't remember who out of FM & LH has the most wins?? If they finish equal on points at the end of the next race,& equal on race wins, who then takes it???

I think that on count-back, Massa wins if point equal and he WINS in Brazil, if he's second and points equal, Hamilton wins.Good race for my nerves today, i think the 'Massa pass' was fine, but just makes Massa look less like he deserves to be CHAMP!
