Ferrari: Bad Sports?

I tried to avoid starting a new thread but couldnt decide where best to post this.
I just re-watched the last couple of laps from Sunday and I spotted something i dont think anybody has yet mentioned.
When Massa took the chequered flag the Ferrari mechanics were leaning over the pit wall celebrating as normal for any team.
However, when Hamilton crossed the line to finish there was a single ferrari mechanic leaning over, obviously staring at Hamilton and waving Ferrari and Italian flags at him. As soon as Lewis had passed the mechanic jumped down, obviously turning to celebrate.
He didnt wave the flags when Massa finished, only at Lewis, as if gloating to him. Trivial thing but it came accross to me as obnoxious and unsporting.
The saving grace was, he probably turned round and was met by the sight of dozens of Mclaren mechanics sprinting accross the pitlane in celebration

I posted this elsewhere which would go some way to explaining the poor attitudes of said Ferrari team members:
The problem I have with the current Ferrari team is that one persons attitude affects others and depending on the strength of it, it will linger for some time. (ever been in a bad mood and soon everyone around you is in a bad mood? It's a very real atmospheric 'essence' for humans and can be proven many times over in any aspect of life. It's a cause of riots, racism, bigotry, wars etc.).
Cheats breed cheats, sportsmen breed sportsmen. Ferrari have been 'infected' by the Schumi attitude for too long. That it doesn't matter how you win as long as you win. Ferrari are still suffering the the ills of such an infection, as are the FIA and BE, and even down to the fat goateed mechanic. One always feeds the other and as such it's a cycle that is difficult to break. Trouble is such attitudes are automatic behavioural instincts. It's an evolutionary human tribal feature - to keep your 'side' together and focussed.
I think it is highly unlikely FM would've shunted LH off in Japan if Schumi had never infected FM and Ferrari's world (and various other comments and actions from FM, Ferrari, FIA etc etc.) FM wouldn't have gotten away with it without FIA, stewards and BE, being infected by Schmui. I also think FM momentarily meant to do it, even if changing his mind before the manoeuver was even completed. You can see this because it is a manoeuver FM could've backed out of, but instead of doing so, he put the power down - you can see the car squirm under acceleration. But to anyone, there was no way he was going to stop the overtake without contact, of which he probably genuinely regretted later as it's not truely him.
Bad attitudes will affect Ferrari for some time to come, mark my words.
Darkness comes in many forms, but it can always identifiable by just one entity. There's a lot of things associated with F1 that you can still blame Schumi's lack of sportsmanship for...

This is a new Ferrari team to the one run by Todt and his incarnate devils. Stephan Domiwhatsit is very different. The only thing that's remained constant since the death of Enzo is the name. The rest has changed considerably. I was never a fan of Ferrari in the Todt years and resented their influence in the FiA but now they are trusted leaders of the FOCA.
So I'm going to give the team a chance. One offensive mechanic is not going to bother me and is probably not going to bother LH nor McLaren. In fact, it might well have given them a bit of a laugh.
