not exactly the full story but quite interesting for comparison anyway... teams budgets vs points scored

this year, ferrari works out at $2.5m per point. honda fare a little worse at $28.5 per point scored!!

Take away the points that the FIA gave to Ferrari & add the 1s that they took from McLaren & the difference is much less.
