Not sure how you can think that from a still photo? The tyre is deflecting a fair amount, which is normal.

Whenever I look at old F1 pic's like these I can't help but notice how exposed the drivers heads are - scary stuff give some of the relatively recent accidents....

Classic example why modern day F1 is soooo pig ugly. Compare that McLaren to the one in the second post and there is no comparison.
