I don't doubt that he is good but lap times at Fiorano are err.. how do I say this...well not exactly the most reliable.

Not sure if they've changed the link since you posted, but it no longer mentions the lap record. I know some of the F1 websites were reporting it as him breaking the outright lap record though and making a big thing of it, but it was actually the F2008 record he beat, and from what Ive read elsewhere the F2008 has only tested at Fiorano twice, once it was raining, the other time the regular drivers weren't driving. Still an impressive effort, but needs to be taken in context.
