I'd be surprised if Ron didn't want to wash his hands after he'd shaken hands with anybody. Many people are that way, and it has nothing whatsoever to do with the race of the other person.
As for the terrible faux pas of offering a drink to someone from the "Middle East", IINM there are millions of such people who drink alcohol, as they are not Muslim.
I don't know the details of this young man's situation, but oftentimes a person is sacked because he's not doing his job well enough.

t trying to get money for nothing. If I were in McLaren's management, I would hire a firing sqaud for the tribunal. I hate it when people try to take away what others have worked so hard to achieve. And if Ron called him fat, so what? He's only telling it like it is, which I always have respect for. I would rather someone tell it like it is than dress it up in bullst.
And on the washing hands thing, that's just general hygeine. Perhaps he needed to use the khazi?
